Actually.... If that is what we are discussing.. the biblical stance... The bible is a FE book and it does support a self illuminating moon.. Sorry.

The event where the sun, moon and stars and their lights are put out is the second coming. No heavenly light will be allowed to compete with the Light of The coming Messiah, who will ascend out of the clouds, where He has been waiting with the raptured church during the seven year tribulation.
So with a Messiah coming out of the clouds at the end of the tribulation, how will people all around a globe see The Messiah. Only on a flat earth can that happen.
Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”
Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

I can't make head nor tail of what you are saying. 'A photo of the moon and an impressions on the surface of the moon, giving off the light that the moon emits.' is a nonsensical sentence.
'Interesting that other impressions , near this one emitting light are not lit up.' is another nonsensical sentence.
The two small black lines show nothing whatsover and explain nothing.
If the Bible is read objectively, that is neither tainting it with the moon reflecting light or moon self-luminence, Genesis 1:16 does not give any indication of the moon being self-luminous.

Others here have should verses about the moon as a light source... Here is some of the many many sites that show biblical support for FE..
An atheist once had quite a long argument with me.. stating that the bible states a flat earth and if I believed the bible.. I must take that view.
Many atheists have rebuked the FE.. as everyone does when they first hear about the new interest..
However, they investigated and in their quest for truth.. ended up believing it is flat and then.... for that reason.. discarded their evolutionary views and are now solid Christians.

Explain why light is not seen all the way around the moon in a new moon phase or even at a crescent phase.
Like a person can see light all the way around the moon on a full moon.

Oh come on now, that's the very evidence that shows the moon is not self-luminous. In each phase of the moon when it is not full, it is not directly opposite the sun with respect to the earth. In this picture, the moon is being lit by the sun with the sun to the right. That's why half the moon is not lit.

Come on now nothing, your science states the sphere moon is lit by the sun. That means the sphere moon is always in a full moon stage. So even in a new phase light should be seen being emitted around a new moon.
But light is not seen, why because the sun does not light the moon and the moon is not a sphere.

I don't know if you're doing this on purpose or not but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. If the sun, with respect to the earth, is positioned to the right of the moon, then only the right side of the moon will be lit when viewed from the earth. Why should it be lit all the way round if the sun is not shining on the surface that is facing away from the sun?

That's called a solar eclipse and is the moon in front of the sun!! That is when the sun, moon and earth are all in a perfect straight line with the moon between the earth and sun!!!
How can anyone see the lit surface of the moon when its lit surface is facing away from earth?

However if they are not and one is higher than the other with respect to the earth, then the moon will not obscure the sun, there will be no solar eclipse and moon will not be seen at all.
