Proof evolution isn't true

I didn't want to start an argument with the user that believe in Evolution so I posted this here. There is actually no evidence that proves Evolution is true. Here:

Evolution Facts:

Fossil Gap - No transition animal Bones

"Lucy" - Most scientists agree it's a 3 foot ape

"Nebraska Man" - Bones are actually from tooth of an extinct pig

"Piltdown Man" - Jawbone belongs to modern ape

"Neanderthal Man" - Skeleton belongs to an old man with arthritis

I think that people only believe Evolution because the only alternative is Creation, which doesn't make sense to them or seems dumb. Thought you guys might want to know.

I think that people only believe Evolution because the only alternative is Creation, which doesn't make sense to them or seems dumb. Thought you guys might want to know.

I think your heart is in the right place, but what you've listed is not proof of anything other than a misinterpretation of evidence which can happen on both sides of the issue.

I really think the best we can do is start with some models of different theories, look at the evidence honestly with an open mind and see how it fits each one. Then when you look at how things have added up, choose a model that you have "faith" in as the closest to the truth.

We have to be very careful when we make "proof" claims, since most things are hard to prove one way or another and are usually based on many layers of assumptions and beliefs.

Evolution defined in natural science is the change of alleles in populations over time. That pretty much makes everyone an evolutionist, the real issue is natural history and the assumption of universal common descent.

No directly observed or demonstrated mechanism for major transitionals would be my view.

"Lucy" - Most scientists agree it's a 3 foot ape

That and she has a brain the size of a grapefruit.

"Nebraska Man" - Bones are actually from tooth of an extinct pig

You would be amazed at just how fragmentary fossil evidence really is.

"Piltdown Man" - Jawbone belongs to modern ape

Actually the bone was from an orangutan, it was a human skull found in the site of a mass grave site from the Black Plague. It was not even a cleaver hoax.

They are thought to have had vitamin deficiencies and rickets. They had cranial capacities 10% larger then our own and you will find the apes were bigger as well.

It's a naturalistic a priori assumption and it has no real basis in science. It certainly is not answer for the historical content of the Scriptures.
