  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Just what I heard of
some short testimonies

1. A teenager was living far away from his parents. And once, his mother was sick. He rushes home. Driving in the storm, he hardly sees what's on the road. And then, he somehow came tumbling down the hill. And I mean "TUMBLING"... The car came down a few 360 degrees... unimaginable... and to think that our hero would be dead, he had some mere injuries instead.

For he honour his parents (rush home for mother), he was saved from premature death.

Another short testimony to share with, this is usually taken as a joke, but believe me, it's real....
:D
-Happens in China, where the thieves have some kind of "belief" that whenever they enter a house, they must steal something, even if there's nothing valuable, oh-just-grab-something-for-goodness-sake. they'll just take anything in the house. So there was this thief that entered the house, not knowing that there's someone inside. So this young lady saw the thief and screamed. it scared the thief. knowing that thieves must grab whatever they can, the young lady threw him a bible. The thief just caught it and ran away.

Years later at the woman's wedding, the pastor conducting the marriage asked "do u remember me?"

"I'm afraid not", said the woman.

"I was the thief you threw the bible at......."

:)Amen
