Profile Info On Every Single Post

I’m not liking the profile stats or info above every post. It’s a lot of wasted space an unnecessary information on the screen that just clutters the discussions. I liked it better when we had to click on the person’s name to see all this info instead of it constantly being displayed on every single post.

I think it's fine on a laptop/desktop (and this is as it was on the previous iteration). On the phone, it sure is ugly.

On the previous version on a phone, all of that was hidden ... Unless you put the phone in landscape mode. That was cool

Is there a way for people to set their browsing so it does always appear? While I seem in the minority, I actually liked seeing that information (well, some of it I didn't care about, like marital status, but some I did, like seeing religion listed), and having to manually click to make it appear for each person is annoying.

I'm not asking you change it back for everyone--clearly, a good number of people didn't like it. But I'd still like to be able to have it on when I'm browsing, so is there any way to adjust one's settings so they always appear?

@doughtz I think it is turned off on light mode but the change is not made in dark mode. I toggled on light mode and it looked like yours.

It's a really helpful thing to know on a site of this nature. But it was missing on the old mobile version too, unless I clicked on a member profile and then clicked on information. And a lot of those times the member had restricted who could view their profile, so that only worked some of the time.

Could you use media queries with CSS to hide or show depending on the breakpoint? Just a thought. It probably isn’t that simple with the structure, but figured I’d throw it out there. I’m guessing that’s how it was previously done since it would show or hide based on the screen size (vertical not showing, landscape showing since it was wider).
