Problems with Work

I work at Carl's Jr. I've been working there for about 5 months. Since, I have been working there I haven't been happy. I get stressed out and angry. I feel like a slave. Everybody orders me around to do the harder things while they do nothing. I had problems with a boss who was impatient and sometimes I just get so frustrated with everyone that I don't know what to do. When I get home I take out all my anger out on my family and they tell me to quit. they me that if I quit I will be irresponsible and immature. What sould I do?

I'm not sure what you meant about your family. Are they telling you to quit or to not quite? Anyways, the first thing that I would suggest is pray to God and ask him to help you control your anger and frustration. Also, if this job is taking so much out of you (being extremely frustrating and making you angry a lot of the time) then you might want to seriously consider looking for a job somewhere else. I don't what the circumstances are for you with job availability, etc. But I would suggest is try and find a job that you would enjoy. For me this is one of the biggest aspects in trying to find a job. Hope this helps.

Find another place to work as soon as you can. If you are like me you hate change but having a job you hate makes your life seem grim. I had a job I hated for a year. I should have left earlier. Some places are full of people that just don't mesh with you. Some are cunning, sly, backstabbing, negative people that can make you feel stupid when you are really not. It is no way to live. Best thing is just keep to yourself, don't react to their stupidity while doing the best job you can. Look elsewhere right away and keep quiet. Say less.
