Oh, I am fully able to understand. You were trying to apply the rights implied in the consitution to the people of Iraq in an effort to belittle someone. While other countries may or may not have similar rights, you phrasing was intentionally similar to the consitition or accepted terms of the constitution. Its not my fault that someone called you and now you have to back peddle into a new stance in order to appear as though that's not what you originally meant.
