If atheists don't want to be the most hated group in America, then maybe they should just be quiet and keep their beliefs to themselves, because most of us really don't care to hear a point of view that we find offensive.

Instead of suggesting that we athiests should simply not communicate with people unlike us why don't you just "hear no evil" and maintain your integrity that way. It's a suggestion.

Really, I thought the entire point of having non-Christians on this Forum was to help hone the debating skills and faith of Christians? I was under the impression that GA existed solely for that reason...

You fail to look at the larger picture. Why are there so many atheists out there (and on here) debating Christians and being "annoying"? Atheists, unlike Christians, do not have any holy texts that influence them to try and convert (or, as you would term it, "annoy") others. So it seems likely that they are reacting to something. Perhaps the actions of some Christians and Christian groups?

If you didn't want to have so many "annoying" atheists in society, it might help if you acted as you wish them to act. Remember: "Do unto others, as you would have others do unto you."
