This was the chap who broke the law in the 'no constitutional protections' zone wasn't he?

I don't know where he is a preacher at but he doesn't seem to be a Christian preacher. All of this could have been avoided if he would have simply complied with the officers. Instead of having his windows broken, being dragged out of his car, spending the night in jail and having to go back to court, he would have been on his merry way in a few minutes.
If his rights were being trampled on he could have filed a suit afterward.
Having a chip on one's shoulder is not the Christian way to act.
