Praying for move and house

I got laid off from my job in Kansas in March of 2015.

I moved back to where my folks are in Seattle wa.. (I'm sort of underpaid) but now my wife got a job in Seattle we really need to figure out how we can move from Kansas and into seattle.
We have a house in Kansas already

1. Need Gods wisdom to find out if we should sell the house in Kansas or lease it

2. Need Gods guidance for whether to buy or rent a house /condo/apartment

3. Need God to calm my wife down as she is strssed.. Really hope that God can give her peace.

I feel that this move is necessary for our future and its too risky for us to stay in Kansas especially if we want to have kids in the future.. Really need God to leave my like He did for Abraham and Sarah.
