It was pretty tough on me (and the boys) the first two days. Ugh. Like a bad flu. But I'm grateful we got this one instead of the original strain. Thanks for your kind words and prayers!
The boys are better, and I'm doing better, as well. Go back to work tomorrow. Hoping my energy level is okay. Thankful my scheduler didn't put me on until tomorrow and has me working small shifts three days next week. It gives me time to gain back my energy and fully recover. Thanks for checking on me.
Yes, I remember your posting about getting covid and how sick you felt. I'd prayed for you. I'm so glad you're feeling better and have recovered! Maybe you got the Delta variant? I don't know what I got. It's assumed it was Omicron because apparently it's made it's way through my state. I can imagine how you felt. The first two days were horrible for me and my oldest son. I basically couldn't get out of bed but to go to the bathroom the first couple of days. My body ached, chills were so bad, I was in sweatpants and warm top, socks, and covers, and still was cold. Had fever for about 3 days. Anyway, I didn't have access to that medication, but I did take extra vitamins D and C. Again, I'm so glad you're better!
