Hi everyone, I'm sorry to ask for prayer again so soon. I have been having heart palpitations and hyperventilating all night. It started several hours ago and has been occurring in cycles since. I am scared.

My chest feels tight like it did last night, but my breathing and heartbeat are regular. I'm hoping that tomorrow after exams and other craziness I can take some time to relax and get it together.

I think they were panic attacks too. The stupid thing is I'm too embarrassed to tell anyone. I spent most of the night holed up in my room so no one would see me freaking out.

That is not healthy. It only feeds it. There are some that will not understand but who cares. It is a legitimate physical ailment. Your doctor can help. Nothing at all to be embarrassed about. A large amount of the population suffers from it. I'm one of them.
