Please pray for me concerning my sore throat, it sort of popped up overnight and now I can hardly speak.

Please pray concerning my female roommate, that the Lord would bless her finances and she can be able to meet the monthly payment and then some.

Please pray concerning my taking a trip to Wisconsin in June to attend my daughter's high school graduation, that the Lord would speak to me HOW to get there, and that there are finances to cover the trip.

Please pray for peace in my household. I have been so tired lately, it has been hard to get out of bed at times because I lay there calling out to the Lord...

That we'll receive a (hopefully positive) response about a job interview my husband had that he really, really wants. The waiting to hear back is killing him.

For a friend of mine in Iraq I've been trying to witness to. It's not going well, he's considering a conversion to Buddhism, and I think he's getting tired of my attempts to engage him in the discussion. Pray for the right words and approach for me, or that someone on base reaches him in a different way.

Thank you all for your prayers. I am home from surgery. I am to get my stiches out on Wednesday and hopefully the two drains out soon.

I have got doctor's appointments this week, and in the next few weeks, so pray everything is hunky dory in my check ups! Nothing major, just all a part of my 'Taking Control' regimen. I went to see my diabetic doctor last week, and she drew blood, and a urine specimen. She gave me refills on all my med's that I sent off to the Mail-in pharmacy, which only costs a third the price of the normal pharmacy. I go to the eye doctor in the morning, hopefully he won't dilate my eyes!! I hate that! Then Thursday I go to the Gyn. In two weeks I have an appointment to get my teeth cleaned!
Oh, then we go to the DMV to get E's license renewed. She leaves Saturday for Arizona, and she wanted to make sure she got it renewed before she left. Under 21 has the vertical licenses, and she wants to make sure everyone knows she is now of legal age!! Haha!

Long time no see. My dad passed away just a couple weeks ago. I went back for his funeral. I've been having a lot of difficulty coping with it. I started a new job and I was home sick last night because I haven't dealt properly with dad's death yet. I sure could use some prayers for God to bless me.
