Heavenly Father,
We broach Your throne of grace so that we can humble ourselves before You and ask that You give a hedge of protection around our troops that are over in Iraq and elsewhere. Lord, as other armies went into battle and You watched over them, we ask that You so look over these brave young men and women who are giving of themselves so that we can be safe. I pray Lord, that politics aside, that those in command do all they can, that You give them the discernment to keep them safe and make wise decisions. Lord, just as you confused enemies in the past, I pray that You confuse the enemies that wish to kill our young as they fight for the freedoms of this country.

Thank you so much for all your prayers. Rachel said she talked to him either this morning or yesterday, and he made it safely to Iraq. They have new dormitories, with two to a room. She is getting him a laptop computer, because they have internet access in the rooms. Please continue to lift her up, as well, because she really misses him a lot! I pray for her to have a peace to overcome her.

I have one more request. Elisabeth was in a car accident tonight. She was on her was home, and a car made a left turn across the highway in front of her. Poor lil Red. This time the air bags deployed, and she bumped her nose, and bruised her knees under the dash. Other than that and a panic attack, she is okay. Pray that this is taken care of quickly. The man got a ticket for failure to yield.

My friend in Texas texted me today and told me his daughter was having her baby tomorrow. Please pray that there is a safe delivery and healthy baby boy.

Requests prayers again. My friend just called me, his grandson was put in the hospital today after his week checkup. He's not sure what is wrong. He'll update me when he knows.

Well, insurance will cover it, it was his fault. I am just not sure if it will be totaled or not. I hope not! She really loves that car! It looked pratty rough. She stayed pretty much on the couch all day today. Will decide if she feels like going in to work tomorrow in the morning. She said if she is still hurting on Wednesday, she'll go to the doctor. She stiffened up pretty good during the day.

Sis, courage. I know how hard it can be sometimes. All my family is overseas, I am all by myself here raising my 3 young boys who sometimes give me heartaches. I also got divorced earlier on this year. However, God showed me that if I keep my eyes on Him and refuse to make assumptions that are not based on His word, that all will be well with my soul. The many trials that have come in my life recently have brought me closer to Him and taught me to depend on Him and nobody else for my life. I pray that God surrounds you with His love and brings you comfort and peace in your difficult moments. You are not alone, you have Him and you have us. Take courage!!

I just like to ask for prayer for my depression and anxiety disorders. I had a fairly major blowout at work today and ended up leaving sick 2 hours into the day.

The stresses are coming from the fact that all the programs that we are supposed to have to help fix other peoples computers keep breaking leaving me helpless to do anything for a client. These problems have been ongoing and no clear end is in site. I don't know how people expect you to do your job when they don't provide the tools or keep them working and the frustration led to a mid level anxiety attack today.
