please say a prayer for my mother. Yesterday her blood pressure was high when she came from work. Doctor told that it might be because of cold. He changed the medicines. She also has lung problem and works with cold water most of the day. She too might be more worried because these are the days when my father died.

Can you bless your mom by helping her around the house? Even small things help. Also if she continues to have these problems find out who the best doctors are in your area, often they are affiliated with a local university, see if they can help her.

I’ve became weaker. The picture I have as avatar is many years old. Then I was able to sit up myself easily. However, I can help in things like peeling potatoes and peas. I often used to do that many years before.

Anything that you do will be appreciated by her, she knows your limitations. You can also remind her how much you appreciate and love her and how much you value her and are thankful for all the things she does for you. Maybe even write a thank you letter. Just little things can go a long way in help her to feel loved and appreciated. It will give her new energy and health.
