Have prayed a little while ago ......psalm 42 verse 5 came to mind ....

Why, my soul, are you downcast?
Why so disturbed within me?
Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him,
my Savior and my God

Also, Acts 16, where Paul and Silas prayed and sang hymns when they were in prison.

Is there a favourite song of thanksgiving, praise or worship you like to listen to?

Yes Lord be lifted up in your praises, and let us be lifted up, especially adnan007. Help through the difficulties he's facing a grant a spirit that overcomes. As the Psalm says, [Psa 51:12 NIV] 12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me. So be it Lord. In Jesus name, Amen.
