I also have asthma and gluten intolerance (celiacs). If you get into running then you can strengthen yourself to get out of most asthma situations. I'm not sure there is a way to get out of celiacs. You've got to keep eating dark leafy greens and rice, millet, oats, barley and quinoa. Eating these things will recover your gut back to normal, though it won't bring back your ability to eat wheat.

I hope and pray your strengthening continues and that you get better.
