I need to call my grandpa and see if he is going to bring gram to Easter dinner or not. I don't know if she is still up for car rides at this point or not. We shall see.

I am sorry you are going through this. I lost a grandmother this way recently. It was a long hard process. You have my prayers. As does servantofMercifulLove.

Thank you for the prayers. My Grandpa reported on Easter that Gram is having more and more "bad" days and is sleeping a lot more, too.

At this point, I am praying for God to heal her according to His will. Make her well here on Earth or take her home to Heaven.

I talked to my dad last night and learned that my grandma had a stroke. She also continues to lose weight, despite having a good appetite. My dad said she hasn't recognized my grandpa in over a week now.
