i'd stick this in the prayer request area, but more of the people in this forum know me better, so here goes...


my grandpa broke his hip late last night. he's in the hospital, headed to the OR soon. my mom is jumping a plane to florida to be with him - she's a wreck - they're best friends. please pray for my grandpa, and for my mom's peace of mind if you wouldnt mind. he's a great guy, and i know he might be headed to a betterplace, but it'll be rough on my mom.

hello from my ann arbor motel room. mom told me she wanted me to come out here instead of flying with her, as my best friend's getting married. a little torn about it, but as she wishes. as of yet no updates from miami - they're doing all sorts of tests. he was in a lot of pain, but they gave him pain killers. surgery is still going forward tmorrow morning, most likely... thanks for the prayers, folks

i want to thank you all for your prayers! i received a phonecall from mum in miami that he's up on his feet and walking now! the nurse told her they've never seen such a speedy recovery from such a bad accident! he's not totally out of the woods yet, his bloodpressure is running high, but he's looking like he'll pull through! praise be to god, and i thank you all for your support and prayers!
