Prayer request

Heya,

I am coming to what seems to be the end of a old puzzle. This last part seems to be a cornerstone on lot problems in the past. I need help from the Lord and God to open my mind. To help me find what I lost and why.

I like to ask for prayer to ask the Lord to give me the understanding I need so to heal my mind.

Door to my past not really openned up, but I think I found a way around it. This morning felt like I need to ask myself how I feel about anything. Exercise is starting to be helpful.

Only thing I can conclude I tuned out my emotions long ago. So I am trying to tune them back in.
