for you too, Orchard, I'm so sorry to hear of your husband's job troubles. Believe me, I know how hard it is to not know what's going to happen. So many times, I've said, "I trust you, God, I really do, but could you please just keep me posted as you go along?"

Actually I would have posted something, I've just been so stressed and busy that I've been snatching moments on CF here and there, and haven't really had time to browse around too much.

Anyway, the interview went great. He met with 7 guys and had a really good feeling about everyone but 2, and still felt pretty good about those two. Today, an HR person called to tell him there was "definitely interest" and go over some details about salary, relocation, etc. They're supposed to get back to him around the end of this week, but he thinks they will make him an offer. If it's a good one, he wants to accept.

The funny thing is that while he was in CA, he took a day to visit his dad and we found out that he is going to be moving to about 10 minutes from where we'd be. He's about an hour away now. So it may be very premature still, but I'm cautiously suspecting that God is putting things in place for us to make this move.

And I am a ball of stress, heh.

I'll keep you posted, and I really appreciate all the prayers! You guys are great. That's one nice thing about the internet -- no matter where I live, I can still hang out with y'all.

Hey guys, I hope you don't mind if I add a couple of requests to the list. I have been having heart problems for several weeks now and doctors are having a hard time figuring out what's going on. Also, a friend of mine is sick and may have cancer. She is a Muslim, so I am particularly concerned for her as she does not know Christ.

I had a holter test this week and should get the results sometime next week. I'm also going to see if I can get some hormone testing done today. Other than that it's just a waiting game to see if it gets better eventually. I'll let you guys know if I find out anything.

I was wondering if you guys could pray for me. I have had a particularly heavy period this month. Anyway after a week of feeling dizzy I went to the doctors. He took my blood pressure and it was fine. Then he asked me to stand up and apparently my blood pressure dropped.

Anyway between bad period and my fairly large weightloss my heart medication seems to be working a little too much. My medications slows my heart to a more normal beat and keeps my blood pressure down. From tomorrow I will be cutting it down again (I cut down three months ago with no problems). I am quite nervous about it because I am worried all the problems will come back.

desmalia, how are you doing?

I'm still struggling along. But maybe with some improvement. About a month and a half ago I strated having severe PVC's (palpitations) almost non-stop, 24 hrs/day. Initially I was having mostly bad days, but then occasionally a few good hours here and there. Then for a while it was one day good, then one day bad, etc. Now it seems to be leaning towards two good days, then one bad day, then two more good days, etc. Last night was really bad again though and I was up for quite a while, and I'm having a bad day today. All my tests (blood tests, holter, etc.) show that something is a little off, but basically I'm healthy. I'm pretty sure this is all related to my endocrine system being out of whack and making me super sensitive to adrenaline. And the allergy shots I was taking were causing my adrenaline to spike. So I'm off those now, but it will be a while before that's out of my system. REALLY hoping and praying that will mean I can start feeling better. In any case, this means there are other underlying issues to deal with and I'm hoping my nauropath can help with that.

OH, and my friend is doing much better. Turns out she has a really bad bacterial infection which they are treating and she's now on the mend. Praise God!!

Just to update.... I still feel awful and have been signed off work for the rest of the week. Its really not good because we are so busy. I am not allowed to do anything. Cutting my medication has made my heartbeat speed up so if things dont sort themselves out I will have to go to the specialist. Last time it was 2 nights in hospital which I really dont want because I am terrified of hospitals.

I'm sorry you're still feeilng so bad. Tachycardia is not fun. I've had it in the past a few times, and it's a terrible feeling. Actually you and I are probably feeling kinda similar in that regard these days. Praying for you.
