Prayer request please.

My job of 16 years is going away in the next month or so. I have been looking here in the Atlanta area. I am 46 years old, so changing careers is very scary, but I am college educated and do learn new roles quickly.

I am praying that God provides me with patience to wait for His timing. Also prayer for strong faith in Him and His plans.

Praying for you David. Have you considered retraining and reskilling? I've finished a couple of online courses at coursera.org and passed with certificates. They've got a lot of vocational as well as advanced diplomas that you can pass online. Those diplomas from top Universities may land you a better job as well.

At this time, I am working as much overtime as I can. I have considered going back to school or doing online classes. My background is IT. In February I worked 19 days straight. Looks like I may do another 19 before the contract ends. I will also look into courser.org.
