prayer please

I really need some prayer at the moment - I've been trying to get off my medication, and have just slipped backwards by several months - until this afternoon I hadn't self-harmed in probably a year, and once I started it was really hard to stop.

I thought I was doing really well, but I guess I'm not, so some prayerful support would be very much appreciated. And also for my husband who's going to have to cope with this too in an hour or so (when he gets back).

I am lifting you up in prayer. May Jesus hold you tightly in His arms and show you how much He loves you, how much He always will love you no matter what. I pray that your husband, as spiritual head of your family, will support you with understanding in this hour of need. Be at peace knowing that God has already forgiven you. I pray he will give you the grace to forgive yourself. Amen.
