I'm contemplating telling my sister and her husband what I really think about their situation and urge them both to get counseling. I feel like I'm condoning it by not saying anything at all.

Update on my coworker's daughter Danielle. She's out of the hospital and at home. She's been pretty sick from her first chemo treatment but feeling a little better. However, prayers for safe travel would be appreciated as she returned to Mayo Clinic Sunday for the next chemotherapy and there is a blizzard coming that's due to hit on Monday (today). She's much more comfortable at home than in a motel room.

I would like to ask for prayer, for my friend's little neighbor boy (in Chicago). His name is Joshua, and he's 2 1/2 years old. His brain rests too low on his spinal cord. It is causing him to be developmentally delayed as well as much pain for him. His surgery is set for february 2nd.

Asking for prayers for my friend Kassidy that is having kidney stones pass in the hospital. She's going through a rough time.

Lord, you are the creator and preserver of life. You have wondrously made us. As we live in this world, though, the effects of sins intrude in many ways. May you bring relief to Kassidy as she passes the kidney stones. Grant her strength, patience, and peace. May you use the doctors and nurses to provide the best care and relief for the pain. Through all of this may your name be praised. Through Jesus Christ, your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen
