Hello, I dont know if posting this in right area. I was shopping one day and the building next to me there was a big bank shootout. I was there while it was happening and we couldnt leave the store while they searched for the suspects. Two were shot dead and eight police went to hospital. A lot of us have ended up with stress disorders from that day. I rarely sleep at night now because dream of the gunfire a lot of times afraid to go to sleep now. Would love prayer about sleep. I am getting very tired.

Praying for you to get rest and for God to help you through this tough time in your life. I know traumatic things can be scary for people and they have trouble sleeping, I have dealt with a traumatic last year and it’s still hard to sleep. God will be with you though to protect you.
