Prayer for strength

Hi everyone, it has been a long time since I have been here, because I have been so busy working overtime, and working on my business.

As well, my sister just had surgery on Tuesday to remove her gallbladder, and I had to bring her to emergency last night because she has a slight lung infection.

I woke up this morning coughing and feeling very exhausted. I have a full weekend ahead of me making cards and decorating Christmas Balls, so I can't afford to be sick.

Could you please keep my sister and I in your prayers?

I need strength to make it through my days, and direction on what to do with my current job.

Lord, you are our shelter when times are hard, when life sometimes feels confusing, when we are exhausted and feel we have nothing left to give. Lord Jesus, wash and renew the energy within WoP ... let her be renewed in the Holy Spirit's gentle and light presence. May she feel rejuvenated when she feels the Holy Spirit's presence and have strength to do all her tasks. May she smell the sweet, sweet scent of our Lord in the morning dew, may she feel your loving embrace on the early morning sun in her face, may she hear your blessings and wisdom through the gentle wind on the trees. As the birds wake and rise in chorus, may her heart just explode in joy by knowing that you have delivered your message of love.

We pray for her sister's healing Lord and ask you to please guide the hands of the medical team so that they give her the correct medicines in order for her to recover fully. In Your Holy Name. Amen.

Father in Heaven, please strengthen Warrior. Please give her complete rest when she sleeps tonight--so good that she won't even remember the last time she slept so well! Help her to get some Sabbath rest as well. Please give her joy and renew her hope. Give her peace and strengthen her faith and walk with You. Help her at work as well. Give her fresh opportunities to share the Gospel of Jesus with all she works with. Make their hearts ready to hear about You and what Jesus has done for them.

Please be with her sister as well and give her complete healing. Gallbladder surgery can take some time for recovery, so please give everyone around her the patience, hope, love and encouragement to help her during her recovery time.
