Prayer for my sleep

I have a clash with my mom this evening, I fail to keep quiet when facing her confrontation And I am speaking not in a good way . Worst, I talked to my brother about the issue with my mom. He is giving me stress . I can't sleep now. I should repent to God for managing my problem in my way rather in His way through prayer

Please continue to pray for me . I am in a spiritual battle that lasted for years already

Silence is golden they say. A soft answer turns away wrath. Both good for the believer that has or wants to learn self control. Please help this young person lord to pick a better path, a path of less resistance. Please help them to respect their mom. Make a better life for them and have the promise of a long and better life. Please bless him/het. Life is better not always talking. The tongue starts a lot of fires. I pray they trust God that He knows best. Thank you lord in Jesus Name.
