Prayer for my roommate.

Hi I just was wondering if you could pray for my roommate. Even though I sort of deserve it last night I sort of took my anger out on him last night when we were watching the final four game. Basically the last shot was going to happen and since the bottom boys dorm was asleep we couldn't make noise at the end. So when it went into a tie my roommate started screaming for the other team, and since he refused to leave we all had to leave and miss the final shot. Anyways I got mad at him and started saying things like "why did you shoot your ego?!" or "don't you care about anyone else?!" and then it happened. He began shooting at my religion. Even as I apologized he began saying things like "You are so insecure and this myth stuff isn't helping you" and "the world is evolving and eventually there will be no need for religion" or "give up...eventually you'll realize there isn't a god" (these weren't his particular words but this is about what he said). I can realize a bit why he has this idea since he went to a very intellectually secular school before the one I'm at now but still never the less. Anyways I've been trying to bring him to believe and I just ask for you guys to pray for him so he may eventually be guided towards christ...Thanks,

Praying for him and you! It sounds like he said that to hurt your feelings. Keep your head up however, the good news is that people can change, and every new day allows for the opportunity for anyone to learn more about Jesus. God bless!

One of my best friends was an atheist who said religion was "a lot of bull**** made to control people", "a lie that only the most stupid ones believe", and that the idea that God exists was "something to laugh at."

Almost two years after I met him, he had an experience with God and now he believes in Him, with me being the first person he told that to.

Don't give up, keep praying, supporting him, and MOST OF ALL being a Christian Actually, like one wise man once said:

"Go, preach the gospel. Use the words if necessary."
