I have 24/7 fear of these intrusive thoughts. Please pray for my mind to heal and I'll stay on the right path.
I pray you will train yourself to keep your mind on the Word and the Lord. That sounds almost easy, but it takes serious, dedicated, extended practice. The Bible tells us a major way to get peace:
"He who keeps his mind stayed on me will have perfect peace."

Praying for you for perfect peace.

2 Corinthians 10:
4The weapons of our warfare are not the weapons of the world. Instead, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 5We tear down arguments, and every presumption set up against the knowledge of God; and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.

Tania, your mind belongs to you. We are at war with satanic forces. It is they that inject thoughts into your mind against your will. If you do not resist immediately, it becomes harder and harder to get free. What we need to do is recognise the source of the thoughts. "Resist the devil and he will flee".

When a thought arises that you did not choose, declare out loud that it is against your will and command it to leave your mind. It may take some time, especially if this has been going on for some time. Freedom is yours if you persist. I suggest you read "War on the Saints" by Jesse Penn-Lewis. It's a real eye opener and a great help in understanding how we can overcome.

The only solution is to create ones that you want to accomplish to replace them.

There was a time I didnt think I could stop those thoughts but learned the Bible is true. Take every thought captive - as others have posted.

The Word is our sword. Eph 6.17. Might want to have some Scriptures memorized or written in small notepad such as the Lord's prayer, Psa 23 , and some of your favorites.

And be real radical by giving your testimony even if it's just to yourself.

Phil 4:8, PSA 138:2, Rev 12:11, ++++++
