Prayer for Anxiety and Panic attacks

Anna is in a vicious cycle Lord, fearing fear. May she come to know You in such a way as to know that You are always there for her (Hebrews 13:5-6); You know everything about her and what is going on around her; You care and love her and will get involved in helping her; You have all power, having created the Universe, and because You could calm the raging storm on the Sea of Galilee in Mt 14:22-33 You can also calm our raging fears. May she memorize the best words of Scripture for her situation, and them may Your Spirit bring them to her mind when she needs them the most, calming her mind and spirit. Isaiah 26:3. Amen.

Praying for you too!! And I'm not sure why but anxiety and panic attacks are on the rise these days in large numbers you are not alone, something you might want to try that I have done and still do is posting notes to myself around the house that calm me, i.e. in my bathroom stuck to my mirror is 2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
And in my kitchen on the wall above my sink I wrote down the lyrics from the song " In the eye of the storm" and for me these things help....

Hi, Anna, I know how hard it can be to get through panic attacks. When I was your age, my life was characterized by panic and anxiety. A pastor's wife gave me a copy of the Warfare Prayer by Victor Matthews, and it really helped me through a difficult time of anxiety. I prayed it every time I had an attack. It's based on scripture. I'm so glad it's a blessing to you! When I started using it, I was plagued with doubts about my salvation. This prayer made all the difference!

Thank you soo much! I know satan definitely tries to make people live in fear, but I know Jesus’s love, peace, and comfort surpasses anything satan can do. Thank you for the comfort in knowing I’m not alone, and thank you for the great ideas. Those are wonderful verses, I will be sure to do that. Thank you so much I am praying for u as well. Lord bless
