Agree. When I visited korea that time, I stayed at prayer mt (a prayer retreat) for a couple of weeks. In that time a pastors wife who lived there would sit with me and we'd both prayer in tongues. But we wouldn't just pray, we'd pray intensly (and loudly) and I really started getting breakthrough and feeling the spirit moving in a way I'd never felt before. This was all totally new to me but it reminded me that prayer is 'talking' to God. It's also crying out to God. Always being still and quite in prayer is just cultural and quite frankly, repressive. You couldn't even really call it 'talking' to God sometimes because talking requires emotion.
