Prayer Banned from Commencement

Please pray for a local high school. Long story short, their senior class voted whether or not they should have a prayer at their commencement ceremony. The students voted FOR the prayer. However, one student in the class objected and went to the Civil Liberties Union which filed a lawsuit. A judge ruled against the prayer. So one student's will is going to be enforced because the school has decided not to appeal. PLEASE PRAY for the community and students (including the one who caused all this controversy). It's really sad how this has played out.

Yes, it is sad how this is playing out at this school, and in so many similar situations across the country. May God change the hearts of those who seek to dismiss Him from our public life; and may He awaken His people!
