Psa 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
Lord we know from Your Word that there will be no real peace in this world untill You return and take over the government of this old world. We know many things about that time from what You have written to us. We know that will be a time of great joy and peace. A time when the eyes of the blind shall be opened and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. A time when the lame shall leap and the tongues of the dumb shall sing. A time when the desert sands will become pools and there will be streams in the desert. We know that at this time there will be a Highway called The Way of Holiness, and it shall be for the redeemed only and the unrighteous will not travel thereon. O Lord, we know this wil be a time of everlasting joy and singing and and sorrow and sighing will be no more. We know, because we have found this written in Your Word. We know that in praying for this peace it will mean the end of the Age as we know it and the ushering in of the millennial era, we pray for this peace. For as Christians, we look forward to that day, and our prayer is even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus!
