Amen brother. Me and my family and friends are all going to be in our various places, church, etc. kneeling a few minutes before midnight, bringing the new year in praying, brother. We need prayer more urgently as ever, and we need God's hand of protection and His grace to supersede ALL things as the new year comes in, and as inauguration draws near. Painting of police as pigs hung in US Capitol

WASHINGTON DC – A controversial painting depicting police as animals during the unrest in Ferguson is hanging in a tunnel leading to the U.S. Capitol. The piece won Missouri Representative Lacy Clay’s annual Congressional Art competition in May. Many are asking for the painting to come down; saying it is disrespectful to police. Clay says he is not taking the piece down. He tweets, “The U.S. Capitol is a symbol of freedom, not censorship. The young artist chose his own subject and the painting will not be removed.”

Michael Moore: Let’s disrupt the inauguration

Having failed to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president at the ballot box, with a swing state recount and with an attempt to rally faithless electors, progressives are now planning to simply “disrupt” his inauguration. Michael Moore used Twitter to promote a protest, scheduled for January 20th and 21st in Washington D.C., to his more than 3 million followers. The group says it plans to “shut down the Inauguration ceremonies” and “paralyze the city itself.”
