Pray for my family

Hello prayer warriors,

Please pray for my family...in the last few years we have had a rough time between mental illnesses, financial issues and an adult child going through the legal system which resulted in 6 months of jail time. It's been hard and we have grown weary, please pray that we have wisdom, strength, endurance, and healing, and however else you feel led to pray.

Father, wisdom, strength, endurance, and healing, are often asked for, hoping that You will just give these things because they are requested in prayer; yet on the physical level we don't get them by just asking for them, so why should You do it on the spiritual or physical level. A body builder didn't get bigger and stronger muscles by asking for them, he had to exercise and get on the right diet.
We too need to exercise our faith, get on the right diet of taking in Your written Word, all of it (Matthew 4:4), and then realize that just like faith (Romans 10:17) we acquire these spiritual things as well as physical blessing from You, by doing what You have told us to do, not JUST by asking for them in prayer.

In the name of Jesus Christ I pray that the blood of Jesus would cover this family and shield them during this time of trial and testing. Psalms 3:3 declares, "But You, O Lord, are a shield for me,
My glory and the One who lifts up my head". Thank you Lord for being a force of protection for this family.

I pray for renewed hearts, minds, bodies and thoughts. Let there be renewed faith confessions as the mind of Christ superimposes the weariness. Let every thought that is contrary to the love and will of Christ Jesus be brought into subjection to the obedience of Christ for 2 Corinthians 10:5 declares, " ...casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you Lord for what you have done, are doing, and will do for this family.

I pray for breakthrough in healing and finances like never before and that barriers that hinder them from having good success be removed. Holy Spirit reveal to each of them any areas that warrant repentance and I pray they will obey your instruction, whatever you reveal to them. Speak to them in dreams and visions, through your Word, written and spoken to encourage and build up faith, hope and love. Galatians 6:9 declares, "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart" and I pray for the weariness to leave and refreshment in the Holy Spirit be poured out on them and in them like rivers of living water.

Wonderful Redeemer Lord Jesus you are a faithful friend, Good Shepherd and you love us sooo much. Please speak a prophetic word to this family directly to them so they will have clarity regarding this season they are walking through. I pray for a time of refreshing, joy, laughter, favor and victory in every circumstance according to your perfect love Lord Jesus! In the all-powerful, matchless name of the anointed Messiah Jesus Christ I pray, amen.
