I was told on here that shared joy was double the joy - well my brother s share my joy - GOd has answered my prayers - at least in the sense of telling me how to get back to where I want to be and how to go beyond that. His joy is with me again!!! I know that seem nuts because only yesterday night I wanted you all to pray for me but he has answered - he is glorious and has redeemed me once again!!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!!

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah, sure, praise God for this (I don't know what he has done for you but it can't be bad, can it)(I know all that sounded real sarcastic, but it wasn't supposed to be), but is it the right thing to do to just to repeat exactly the same praise over and over like a hyperactive Jesus Army fanatic, or is that just a waste of time? Your thoughts?

As far as I know, when we get to heaven, repeating praise again and again to God is what we will be doing for eternity, so it's good to start practising now.

Futuresoldier - this is going to souhnd sarcastic but is not meant to be - do you praise God for your salvation over and over again - I do. i praise him for all the things he has doen for me - and sometiems I do it alot. I see no problem with that.
