CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Name: Dr. Kandra O' Hare, M.D.
Age: 32
Marital status: widowed
Children: she had two, but they died. ((more info to come on that.
Appearance: Long, red hair. Brown eyes, tanned skin with freckles. Slim.
Bio: When she was a child, she had always dreamed of being a scientist, but she came from a long line of doctors, so her parents all but forced her to go into that field. Eventually, afetr getting a doctorit (sp??) in it, she gained the courage to study her true love, science. She married, but a few months later, her beloved died of brain cancer. A few weeks later, she discovered she was pregnant. It was twins. They lived to be five years old when they were diagnosed with the same cancer that stole her husband. She Left her high profile job to find a cure for the children.She failed, however, and lost the girls. So, she has dedicated her life to finding the cure. However, she will eventueally learn of the teen's powers and discovers that tehir powers, once combined, can do things none of them ever imagined. Things that could alter earths future. Things that could bring back her family. But she would need all of them together at the same time, in order to do the dark deed that would have to be done...))

Chrissy followed him to his car and hopped in. They drove silently to the police station. She prayed the whole way there. Once they had made it, she waved good bye and ran inside, where they sent her to a small office to await the social worker.

A minivan pulled into the station and a middle-aged couple stepped out.
"You must be Chrissy," the woman said, smiling.
"We're the Nicholls family, and you'll be staying with us for a while," the man said. "Would you like to come home right away, or go out for ice cream or something first?"

Rachel suddenly felt her cell vibrating in her pocket. Pulling it out, she flipped it open and saw she had a new text.
"A little bird told me you'd still have my number." was all it said.
Rachel smiled. The music changed as she stood up, and she chuckled at how a decent song came on just as she was heading out. There were people everywhere still, but luckily they were mostly in the gym.
After getting outside the front door, Rachel jumped up onto the nearest bench and scanned the parking lot. Finally finding what she was looking for, she hopped down and started toward the far end.
Her eye caught someone in the shadow of the building, tall, but she still figured it was a couple making out. Why would teachers be hiding like that anyway? Shrugging it off, she got to the car and hopped up onto the trunk, crossing her legs as comfortably as she could.
"So you got my text?" A voice said from behind her.
"Yep," Rachel replied, not bothering to look back.
"Rock on then," Jenny said as she hopped up onto the trunk next to her.
"Grace take off?" Rachel asked.
"Yeah, I told her I was going to get my car and meet up with her later," Jenny explained.
There was a long pause between them, and it seemed for awhile like they were just listening to the faint music and the scattered conversations.
((Cripes...my mind went blank. I'll have to pick up a bit later, unless we're going to do a time jump again.))

Chrissy shook her head. She didn't want to go anywhere. She wanted to see her father and she wanted him to tell her that it was all a big mistake, that she could go home, but no such luck. She was stuck with this family. She looked into the mother's eyes and found that she had at least one child, but they had taken a few foster kids in the past, and all were happy there. Maybe she would be too. She stood up and remained quiet, then looked at the couple again.
"Can I go home and my things first??"
