Posting vs Praying

just wanted to say, I do read lots of the posts on here but I don't always reply. Sometimes it just seems so lame to say 'praying for you' and that's it. I mean, I know it's not as useless as it sounds LOL, but it just feels funny sometimes.

So, many of you are in my prayers, and I bet I'm not the only one who does that sometimes, so we're probably all getting prayed for even more than we know.

does anybody else do this?

I agree! I usually read the requests and take them to the throne room without leaving a post in reply. I am sure there is LOTS more prayer going on than we will ever know.

I do and you are right sometimes the words just seem shallow.

I usually have to write them down or I will forget... that's why sometimes I post my prayers. But sometimes I hesitate to do that because it kinda seems like I'm showin off... I dunno

I think of it the same as if I were at a bible study with someone. Someone might pray outloud and someone might not but still be praying or pray later.

Someone I put a post on for a prayer request was so moved that strangers would be praying for him. He never saw the site, or read the prayers, or saw that people said they'd be praying, or realized that people pray and don't post. He was just moved that people were praying for him.
