He's a gift to the Church. Solid song-writing, theology, and musicianship. His first album "She Must and Shall Go Free" is a letter to the Church, regarding how she harlots herself out, but how she is still beautiful to the Lord. Its music ranges from folk to bluegrass to folk rock. His second, "The House Show CD" is his live touring effort of "She Must and Shall Go Free" and has some songs from all over (Bob Dylan, Caedmon's Call, and his first album), as well as about five sections of live teaching. Its music is just him and his acoustic guitars. The quote on my desktop comes from one of the teachings. His third, "I See Things Upside Down" is more of a progressive plugged in effort, which has no theme, but excellent song-writing all around.
The song-writing is brutal and kinda provocative, but truthful, and necessary.
