Woke up around 9am this morning and felt crappy and I am battling a cold.. UGH, spent the night coughing and took some advil cold to help me breath.. Went to bed at 2:30am and slept ok.. I want this cold over with!

Woke up several times during the night and then finally at 6:15 am got up. My mood is okay today so far.

A little unsettled from a troubled sleep full of rather nightmarish dreams, but other than that okay.

Mood: Miserable...That's probably an understatment! It's like there is something in the air. Since the 'blue' day, I've been an anit social, miserable being. Not impressed with myself, but that's where I'm at, at this point....Tiredness does not help the situation...and working with the public...not a good mix.
