So I have high blood pressure, protein in my urine, and am overweight. Doctor hasn't said anything yet, but I am expecting them to tell me I have it. I don't want it.

I am on a low sodium(for the High Blood Pressure), low carb diet(to prevent GD)

not much, maybe 2x a week
