What specifically is the "agenda" to which you refer?
To continue with the German definition of synodality which is to decentralize the Church by handing more authority and influence to laymen and further dismantle not only the traditions and rituals which are integral to the Catholic faith, but even worse the doctrine as well by violating teachings on faith and morals that should be inviolable (i.e. women priests, communion for divorced/remarried and gays in relationship/"marriages"). To "make a mess" (hagan lío) of things through ambiguity and doublespeak. All to fundamentally reshape the Church into something more protestant that has broken with the deposit of faith and its apostolic heritage.
Pope Leo's words below suggest to me that he intends to carry on Pope Francis's work; but of course we will all have to wait and see.
I think he does but I have a gut feeling that people like Cdl Parolin and the Germans are actually going to be surprised, because he'll continue on with Synodality but he'll take it back to it's normal definition so going forward any "synods on synodality" won't be the subversive tools they were meant to be. If this is the case then there's nothing wrong with that at all because the Church has used synods throughout her history and they've been valuable in shaping the Church for the better. Under Leo a synod may be a course correction, or at the very least it'll establish a permanent road block to the Germans and anybody allied with them in their mission to destroy the Church.

Thank you. Well, one might reasonably expect that the vicar of Christ does not have a secret intention to destroy the Church.

Yeah we're getting ahead of ourselves. However, it's not my intention to be negative. I want this Pope to work out. I know this sounds bad but he's kind of boring me, actually. lol. Maybe a boring Pope is a good Pope.
If he were boring and just said he believes what the Catholic Church has been teaching for two thousand years and that's that it would be fine with me. Pope Francis kept surprising me with the often awful things he said. Boring is good.

Boring is good but at the same time we are not stuck in the 8th century like some of our brethren. . .

There are always new things arising like IVF or AI where we need guidance.

If the pope does not teach on new things and develop doctrine there's seemingly no need to even have a pope. . .

Does there always have to be new doctrine with a new Pope?

Boring is good.
Stability and consistency are good even in new developments. So we have a Magisterium to apply consistent principles to new situations.
