Lol, I'm the only move away person, and I think I didn't explain my reason well, What I meant was, have a freewebs site or something, not really with a forum, that has the daily news and member list and stuff, like you site you already have Morvultar. But then stay here and have this be our main place. I don't think we need a subforum, because we still don't have a lot of people. If we can bring back a lot of people though, and advertise on the other boards on here, then I'm fine with staying here. Bah, makes me wish I could change my vote, makes me look like an idiot, because I was half and half, and now I'm the only one on the other side Thanks for noticing this Erwin, always nice to know that your type is actually looking around the forums for ways to help

hehehe, I can see your delima Narmegil. And I like your idea as well. As far as I know, i don't know what the problem would be with staying here and advertising on othersites to bring in more members, unless you think that being on CF would be a turn off for most of our new recruits. If it is only going to be a problem for a few, I would suggest we try to please the biggest group of people we can. You just can't please everyone, ya know?

my idea ultimate appeases both sides. my main idea is to keep this our main temple and hold other branches on diff sites referring this temple mainly.

So it seems that what we really need is a subforum of our own, yes? It would offer us better organization and a front to our group. Then, we can expand within that. Who likes that idea?

I have come up with an organization structure that I could post if you all are interested.

I logged on to see how CJO was going, what we were doing, if we had planned to move, and found this thread in my inbox. I'm glad Erwin is trying to cater to our needs, but, personally, I'd prefer to leave. We could get our own forum at proboards, we could admin it, we'd have a lot of control, we could do all sorts of things. It could very easily organize it to our liking, we could take it to a technical high, like having a map of the galaxy, personal profiles with inventory, we could make it a lot like a first person RPG such as Jedi Knights of the Old Republic, yet, keep it the same. Some of this might take a while to work out, but, when we got the kinks out, it'd be amazingly awesome. I'd be willing to create the proboards account, but I wouldn't want to make it unless there was a minor assurance that we'd move, we could leave a link in the former thread saying we moved, and leave the link, though, all of us would have to be thirteen or older to make an account, from what I've seen, most of us are, but we could have a guest board too, where people don't have to log on, but can post, we'd have to have some mods to make sure that runs smoothly. We could work it out, it might take a while, but I think the result would be well worth the cost.

heretic! (joking) my game plan is we make both sides of the deal come into the play. If morv thinks we need a subforum we could do it. and then mr. apy if you dont like it here, you can help me in scouting different sites to go into and expand our resources in.

I just thought about it today, I'd be okay with trying to expand, but, I'd like to be part of the main temple, but I don't want to be on foru.ms, we could have our main temple on our own forum, and have a side temple here, I think that would be best, in that we could control the main temple completely. Though if we kept the main temple here, and we needed something Dr. Loh couldn't give us, then we'd be stuck...

I think it's a good idea to have a subforum here personally, maybe have Morv have a lot of control in it? That way we could to a lot of our customization, and still be able to do a lot of stuff that we could do with proboards. It would take a long while to make a proboards site as good and efficient as this one.

As good and efficient as this one, it would take forever, but the point is almost total customization, and I could be wrong, but, I don't think Dr. Loh would give us mod/admin privileges on our sub form, if we got one, if I had a relative guarantee the proboards account would be used I'd make one as soon as possible....we could make the transitions slow, work on our forum and use CF until our forum is usable. (Can anyone tell I don't want to stay? )

We really don't need mod/admin privileges. We just need to the sub forum and subsubforum to create threads in. Pluse we need our current threads moved.

*sigh* Moving the threads or at least copying them would be a bit hard and time consuming, I was thinking about linking back here on our forum, so people could read the beginning. Though, that could easily be taken as a bad thing...........Raptureman suggested a compromise, we stay here, and move. Maybe I make the account with Proboards and we test it out a bit, see how it works, then find it's place in our order or decide if it belongs at all. How does that sound? I think it's possible to delete the forum actually if we really wanted to.

EDIT: Seeing as how we seem to have had someone vote in our poll in favor of moving who is not a member of the CJO, the No's have the vote. We are not moving, for now.

Makes since, although, it might have been best if you had said CJO members only in the first post. To inform anyone passing by that didn't assume so. I'm not trying to argue over the vote, just making that suggestion for future notice.
