'Police State': Cops Swarm ANOTHER Canadian Church for COVID Defiance and the Woke Crowd Cheers

It’s hard to know what’s more disheartening, cops shutting down a church for daring to meet or the fear-mongering scolds cheering it on. Worse, this is the second time in mere days that Canadian cops have attempted to intimidate a church for daring to meet with social distancing.


At dawn on Wednesday morning in Edmonton, Alberta – in an area that looks like it’s the middle of a prairie – Alberta Health Services police and cops with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) swarmed the GraceLife Church to cut off the building from its parishioners.

Police and crews arrived at oh-dark-30 to erect fencing around the church property to send a message that the church would not be able to worship on site until the government gave permission.

The church’s pastor was previously jailed for 35 days for defying shut-down orders.

Ezra Levant, the founder of Rebel News, noted the obvious “police state” tactics of locking people people out of church.

JS: from the article all I got was back and forth accusations but were they six feet apart and all masked? Was there music because singing needs greater distance? And were churches at lock down? This last question is because just yesterday I learned Toronto is in a crisis with hospitalizations rising and there is a full lock down ordered. So if this is true the pastor was out of line and police had a right. If not then its the other way around.

It's nicethat you want to force your position onto everyone else, for their own good I am sure, but what happens if your opinions can ultimately be molded to meet the purposes for those who shape our reality? You know.. the great delusion. It is biblical.

You think that everyone who doesn't wear a mask, who doesn't believe in the "science" which wiggles and wobbles daily and has become totally subjective and is ultimately used for blatant overreach of power in nearly all countries in the world. Even glorious Israel and their Green Passport. It's not the MOB like some claim, but it is tyrannical. Plenty of people agree!

If you think you know so much better than everyone else, than try to lead by example. Not by force.

Jesus will ultimately be your judge, and you will be judged as you have judged others. Careful not to then by a hypocrite!

Says the guy complaining about majority of people in the world majority of people and scientists thinking that there is a pandemic that we should be protecting others from.

It kinda feels like grandstanding. I'm all for corporate acts of worship, but this reads more like a Pastor (who knows the drill - having been there before) provoking the police into action, as a form of protest.

He knew the law...he broke the law...I wouldn't be at all surprised if he called the cops too. If he wanted to worship, he only needed an audience of one, if he wanted to fellowship, he only needed 1 or 2 others.

True worship is virtuous, but this appears to be nothing more than signage.

He will most likely be overjoyed that he managed to grab the headlines and would probably have been more than a bit disappointed if the 'worship service' had gone ahead as 'planned'.

Should BLM protestors be held to the same standard...definitely....especially if they think Black (Covid) Deaths Matter
