I suspect it reflects the designers who think in terms of Christian = American evangelical. Thus, in line with that, Roman Catholics (to be exact in terminology) are not Christians. This also explains why many Lutherans would appear as "Catholic". Most protestants don't know what to do with Lutherans.

Even Billy Graham called us the "Sleeping Giant" We have the theology, but we don't seem to get excited and do anything about it.

I think those are pretty close to the words he used about Lutherans.

I'm blind without my glasses, and have been wearing them since 7th grade. I'm not able to have contacts, and wouldn't like them, anyways....good thing, huh? Nevertheless, my new eye doctor still tries to sell me on contacts. I keep saying, "But I can't wear them!" He looks in my file, and says, "Oh yeah!" .... lol
