“Christ is coming soon” that means be prepared. you’re an encouragement to others that need Christ as you go to church. By deciding this moment what you will do with God's grace; will be the most important decision you will ever make.

If you decide I don’t need to go to Sunday school. Those who need Christ will not get help from a Christian because your just going to hear the pastor. The main way the spirit of Christ will be in your church is for you to consider others.

Unless you learn what God has for you in His word, God has little chance to speak to you or through you. You will not be ready for what the pastor is saying.

MATTHEW 16:24 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

Only faith "full belief" in Jesus Christ can provide salvation. Ask in your own way this is just a guide.

"Dear heavenly Father I am sorry Christ had to take the punishment that I deserve." "I ask you Christ that you please forgive me of all my sins. I thank you Lord for your wonderful grace and forgiveness.”

After your done tell a pastor at a Christian Church that you have asked Christ for Salvation and go to Sunday school you'll find fellowship to be a great help as you grow as a Christian.

Please Understand “Christ is coming soon” that means be prepared. The main thing you do by going to church is you’re an encouragement to others that need Christ. By deciding this moment what you will do with God's grace; will be the most important decision you will ever make.

If you decide I don’t need to go to Sunday school. Those who need Christ will not get help from a Christian in the main place they should get help. Yes, you could be that one person they need. The main way the spirit of Christ will be in your church is for you to consider others.

Unless you learn what God has for you in His word, God has little chance to speak to you or through you. You will not be ready for what the pastor is saying.

JOHN 1:17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

Only faith "full belief" in Jesus Christ can provide salvation. Ask in your own way this is just a guide.

"Dear heavily Father I am sorry Christ had to take the punishment that I deserve." "I ask you Christ that you please forgive me of all my sins. I thank you Lord for your wonderful grace and forgiveness.”

After your done tell a pastor at a Christian Church that you have asked Christ for Salvation and go to Sunday school you'll find fellowship to be a great help as you grow as a Christian.

Problem is, brother, that most churches around where I live do not have Sunday School any longer.

Sorry to he that i will pray for you.

Most go the route of mid-week growth groups or the occasional mid-week Bible studies. In my church, there is Sunday School for the children, but that happens during the sermon.

I don't think that Sunday School for adults is the answer in my part of the world. There are better ways of interaction and communication and that seems to happen better in the small groups. But like all extra-curricular activities, a smaller percentage of the church participates.

If your not there to study God's word and just want to listen to the pastor. You just want to be comforted and not there to serve the Lord.

You can start all kinds of programs but if your not there for Sunday school your just not there. You sound like your thinking about yourself more than others.

You have made some false assumptions about me here. Please show me from Scripture where Sunday School is God's way of doing it.

You are extremely judgmental of me and concluding falsely when you say that 'You sound like your thinking about yourself more than others.'

Where did I say anything that caused you to come to that false conclusion?

Tell me do you just go to hear the pastor?

"What will work for me" is what I am seeing. If you were thinking of others you would be doing what you could to help someone out if they needed help. Most of that doesn’t come at the end of services or midweek services.

I don’t see any “better way” than Sunday school. Sunday school for adults is useful in all regions. Some adults are babes in Christ and need all they can get from adult Christians. I don’t believe they had Sunday school at the beginning; they started in people’s houses.

dd,

Matthew 24:36-37 (NIV) states: 'But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man'.

Do you know better than Jesus, the Son, that Jesus is coming soon?

I dont, i am curios why you question that Christ doesn't want you to tell others of Him? We also have a men's bible study on Tue., do you have a bible study?

Where do you learn your bible with others if not Sunday school. All you do is listen to what the pastor is telling you without studying your bible.

I just read 11 and i did respond, "I dont" know better than Jesus. at least i think that was the answer you was looking for.

Now, if not responding to #11 wasn't a trick; i would like a response to the question i asked.

dd,

In #11, you stated of me, 'i am curios why you question that Christ doesn't want you to tell others of Him?'

Not once have I ever stated or inferred this. What caused you to ask this question of me when I provided zero evidence to cause such an inference?

Your inference, "Do you know better than Jesus, the Son, that Jesus is coming soon?" I thought by asking that you wanted to keep Him to yourself, I apologize for the confusion.

Your answer about Sunday school left me with a question i have already asked. "All you do is listen to what the pastor is telling you without studying your bible?"

"Most go the route of mid-week growth groups or the occasional mid-week Bible studies."
an answer that, 'you dont study in, "mid-week growth groups or the occasional mid-week Bible studies" or/and give little help to unsaved people or new Christians.'

dd,

To make it clear: Let me share with you how I study the Bible. I study it personally every day. I work my way through the entire Bible every 2 years. I've just concluded the Book of Judges. I go to a church every Sunday where I hear the pastor preach. He's an excellent expository preacher who works his way through books of the Bible (a NT book followed by an OT book and so on). This Sunday morning he begins ch 4 of 2 Corinthians. For the evening services, he's preaching through Genesis. So that I keep studying the Bible in-depth, this month I submitted my PhD dissertation in NT (an aspect of Jesus' resurrection) - 488 pages that have taken me 5 years of in-depth study. I have a defence of that thesis in 2-weeks time.

I attend and participate in (sometimes leading) a mid-week Bible study group. So, I don't have to go to Sunday School to get an excellent exposure to the Bible.

But try telling the people in Saudi Arabia, Central African Republic, Papua New Guinea or Peru that they need to go to Sunday School or 'I don’t see any “better way” than Sunday school' (your language above).

According to Wycliffe Global Alliance (2015),

At least 1.3 billion people do not have the full Bible available in their first language. Over 634 million of these have the New Testament; others have portions or at least some level of work begun.

There is known active translation and/or linguistic development happening in 2,195 languages across more than 130 countries.

Staff from organisations in the Alliance are involved in approximately 78% of these programmes.

As of October 1st 2014, estimates suggest around 180 million people speaking at least 1,860 languages are understood to ‘likely need Bible Translation to begin’.

How about telling these 180 million people to read a Bible!

At what point in this process does a person go from being a non-Christian to a Christian?
