If you quote someone else's post that contains the proper name of basilbob, satin or the dervil, you must not change it. This is just wrong. On ChristianForums we should not be forced to quote the proper names of demons and devils in our posts, unless the post is a sincere prayer rebuking the evil ones.
If someone sinister was in our midst these quotes could in fact be invocations. A covert satanist who is misrepresenting their views could be making these statements as covert invocations of these demons & devils.
We should not be forced to quote what could potentially be invocations of evil. We should be allowed to alter the names of evil ones to innocuous names when quoting other posts. Altering the name destroys the invoking quality of the original statement. Calling them the dervil, satin and basilbob mocks them and destroys the invocation.
This is a petition in the Public-Appeals forum against an infraction I recieved for modifying quotes in this fashion.
