  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done,
on earth as it as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day, our daily bread and
forgive us our trespasses as we forgive
those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but
deliver us from evil.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou among women,and
blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us now, and
at the hour of our death.
Amen

Glory be to the Father, to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, as is and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell,
lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of Your Mercy.
Amen

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins,
my Mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions,
but in thy mercy hear and answer me.
Amen.

Praying for the repose of Jen's soul, and Tim's soul. Also for the dear children's health and well-being (emotionally, physically and spiritually)and all their loved ones/caregivers. Prayers continue whether able to post or not.

On Wednesday Kolton became so angry that he repeatedly punched and bashed his head into a concrete wall until he was subdued by staff. He broke both of his hands, his right arm, his nose and multiple other facial bones, cracked his skull open, and has a massive concusion. They are also monitoring what may be a slow brain bleed. The previous day he beat an 8 year old boy unconscious. Doesn't feel there's much hope for him really.

*Let me make it clear that when I said there's not much hope I didn't mean Kolton is dying or anything. He obviously injured himself pretty badly but that's not what I meant.

Lord, please let this little boy feel your love and peace... please heal his broken heart and teach him to enjoy life again. Be very close to him, please...
Amen.

...and this 4th of July I would like to say a very special THANK YOU to Tim for the sacrifice he made for our freedom. Not that he can read this, but the sentiment is the there just the same. I for one am very grateful and I don't think it can be said enough. God please bless his family.

My heart and prayers going out to Kolton as well as his sisters and the rest of the family. This family's story served as a reminder to me that 4th of July isn't just about the fireworks and barbeques. I am grateful for Tim's service and sacrifice and very, very sorry for the awful chain of events following his death. I am praying something positive comes out of all this in some way, shape, or form. Hard to imagine right now but God is able.
