  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Praying for Kolton today.
Lord, please let him know how loved and precious he is. Hold his heart in your hands and comfort and heal the hurt. Give him happy memories, Lord, protect his heart and mind, keep him safe, physically emotionally and spiritually. Bless those who care for him with wisdom, patience and understanding as they nurture him.
Father, hold this whole family tight, please. Amen

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done,
on earth as it as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day, our daily bread and
forgive us our trespasses as we forgive
those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but
deliver us from evil.
Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou among women,and
blessed is the fruit of Thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us now, and
at the hour of our death.
Amen

Glory be to the Father, to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, as is and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell,
lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of Your Mercy.
Amen

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins,
my Mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions,
but in thy mercy hear and answer me.
Amen.

Praying for the repose of Jen's soul, and Tim's soul. Also for the dear children's health and well-being (emotionally, physically and spiritually)and all their loved ones/caregivers. Prayers continue whether able to post or not.

I have no doubt that no one will ever understand. Even those of us who prayed every day for months for Tim will never understand what he went through while he was there or while he tried to recover. Even those of us who loved Jen and never ceased praying for her will never understand the anguish of losing the boy she knew all her life, the live of her life, and the father of her children. Even those of us here now, who pray for Kolton and the girls every day will never EVER understand what he's been through, how he feels, what he thinks, or how to pray! But thank God, Kolton's Heaven Father knows him intimately and knows exactly what he needs.

I agree with this. No one on this earth will ever understand why God "allows" this type of tragedy to happen, and none of us will ever be able to understand what anyone in this family has been through. It seems unfair that the family of a man who gave his life for this country should have to endure all of this hardship. Who knows why all of this has happened?? But our rewards are not of this earth. Our rewards are in heaven. And from everything I've heard about both Tim and his beautiful wife, they are both there at this very moment. I believe that. For those who were left behind, namely their three sweet innocent children, it's harder to come to terms with what they are having to endure. I feel for them. I hurt for them. I can't imagine the pain in their little hearts. But I know God has a plan for each of their lives. It's not for us to make sense of, even though it's human nature to feel the need to. We just have to trust and pray. I am on my knees for Kolton, for Emma, and for Jaylie. They have surely got a hard road ahead, but nothing is too big for our God. One day they will all be reunited and everything will be good and perfect. But I pray for them now as their little hearts break. Father be with them please. Every moment of every day. We know you are always there, but there are many who care so deeply about this family who need reassurance that you really do have them in your loving arms. Please give these people hope and renew their faith in You. Thank you Lord. Amen.
