Hello, good people, thank-you for your prayers.
Today was difficult. Over the weekend, my husband started his stuff with threatening to call the police on me. I am still at the shelter, but I wanted to come by and pick up my son so we could go to the Acadian festival in Madawaska. In the end, I just called the state police myself and went over there and got my son while the officer made sure nothing stupid went on.
So.......there were two messages on my cell phone threatening me.".... if you come to this house I will call the police..." then the attorney recorded another message where he sounds like a totally different person being nice etc.etc. The attorney recorded these messages and is using them.
It was sad to do it. I felt guilty and my heart hurt.
It's Totally irrational To feel guilt. I know the recordings are essentail to show I am not this crazy, out of control, maniac.

sorry Catlover He is threatening to call the police to draw attention away form himself. Many physcopaths have a conplex where they think its everybody else's fault they are sick. Its a form of mental abuse and reverse physcology it is a ruse to see if you'll call him on his threat, dont be deceived and DON"T meet him without a 3rd party in an open public place like a mall or coffee shop. I'll pray for ya. Don't fall for this guy's tricks and don't allow yourself to feel guilty. You are doing the right thing for your kids by getting them out of that situation. I believe Oprah did a show on the topic that you should get your kids out of the situation. Hang in there.

I agree with the post above. Don't be around him without a third party, and don't talk to him without recording him.
It is for your own protection, AND for your children's future. He probably has no idea how much he is damaging them.
