Please Pray (plz read)

Where to begin, last week my grandmother died, i was so close to her she raised me for a massive portion of my life, we had the ceremony on Saturday, on Monday my girlfriend who was sick with what we thought was just gastro was rushed to hospital with swelling of the brain, we later found out she had a stroke, now tomorrow she is going to have major open heart surgery to repair a valve the dislodged and caused the stroke.

She has changed my life for the better, and im asking anyone out there what ever your beliefs please pray for her. i don't know what i would do without her, i would give anything to not be in this situation, prehaps prayers from you guys are my last hope. Please pray i beg of you.
